How do I join myClickit?
Click the "Join Now" button. Follow the instructions and fill out the new user forms. A text message will be sent to your phone and to your email address with an activation code, and an email contact which needs to be added to your phone address book.

Does it cost to send each photo?
Once you have subscribed to myClickit, there is no per photo charge for using your online account no matter how many photos you send to it. Sending photos from your camera phone may require a per photo, or monthly service fee from you cellular service provider, but there will be no per photo charge from myClickit. Please refer to your provider for specifics on picture messaging fees.

Why do I have to give you my phone number and email address?
First off, myClickit will never sell or trade your personal information to a 3rd party. We require your phone number becuase we use it to identify your incoming photos in order to correctly assign them to your photo gallery. We need your email address to comunicate with you regarding your account and myClickit services. If you forget your username or password, we use the email that you gave us at registration to send them back to you. If you want to limit myClickit emails to required communication only, Click "Change User Settings" located in the top left corner of your account, and go to the myClickit Communications link to change your communications preferences.

Can anyone else see my photos?
No. Your photos are stored in your private myClickit account and can not be viewed without your username and password unless you choose to email or mms them to friends, or save them out to personal blogs or other photo sharing sites.

Do I need to download anything to my phone to use myClickit?
No. There is nothing that needs to be downloaded to your photo to use myClickit. Once you have signed up for a myClickit account, you just create a contact called 1-myclickit, and put pics@myclickit.com in the email address of that contact, and you are ready to go. All you need to do is send photos to the 1-myclickit contact any time you take a photo, and it will be available in your myClickit gallery shortly there after.

Can I send photos from a different camera phone to my account?
No, your myClickit account is tied directly to your mobile phone number. Using your mobile number is how our server is able to directly post photos from you to your account. Only photos sent from your phone can be registered in your account.

Can I get a photo back if I accidentally delete it?
Once a photo has been deleted from your Uploaded Photo's area, it is no longer stored anywhere on our servers to undelete it. As a result, it is gone from myClickit. However, on most phones, the photos that are taken and sent are also stored in either the phones memory, or a memory card(if your phone has one). You may look into your phone to see if your photo is still there if you have deleted it from your myClickit account.

Does myClickit work with video clips?
The myClickit service works with digital still photos only.
